These SMS / Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Messaging Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by High Mobile LLC, doing business as RatePilot ("RatePilot," "we," "us," or "our"). These Messaging Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive messages, you agree to these Messaging Terms.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
RatePilot operates a mixed text messaging program through which we send both customer service (transactional) and promotional (marketing) SMS/text messages to individuals who have requested an insurance quote, inquired about our services, or otherwise provided prior express written consent. Customer service messages may include quote delivery, policy follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and responses to your inquiries. Promotional messages may include insurance rate offers, switching reminders, and renewal notices.
2. CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES
By submitting your mobile telephone number through our quote request form and affirmatively checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring autodialed and/or prerecorded marketing and informational SMS/text messages from RatePilot at the number you provided. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Your consent is collected directly by RatePilot and is not shared with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us and the status of your inquiry or policy. You may receive multiple messages as part of a follow-up sequence relating to a quote or service request.
4. MESSAGE & DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier and your wireless plan. RatePilot is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT
You may cancel and opt out of the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will no longer receive marketing text messages from us. You may continue to receive transactional messages directly related to an active inquiry or policy where legally permitted, or where you have provided separate consent.
Additional opt-out keywords recognized include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You may also contact us directly at the information below to be removed from messaging.
6. HOW TO GET HELP
For help or more information regarding our messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. Reply HELP and you will receive a message with our contact information and support details.
7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
Our messaging program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. PRIVACY
Information collected through our messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. CHANGES TO THESE MESSAGING TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Messaging Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
